You'll need to have a creators.rockband.com account, an Xbox LIVE Gamertag, a Microsoft App Hub Premium Membership (previously the XNA Creators Club Premium Membership), and copies of the software tools Magma and Reaper, which are available at creators.rockband.com. Please note that only US citizens age 18 or older can sign up for creators.rockband.com.
