While we aim to help as many customers as possible, there are certain issues that are handled directly by EA, such as export code issues for all EA published titles (Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2, Track Packs, Green Day Rock Band), software and hardware warranty questions for EA published titles, etc.
If you need to contact them, you'll need to go through their support portal at the following address:

Once there, you'll need to log into your EA/Origin account (or create one if you don't already have one).
Once you've logged in, search around their support portal to make sure your question isn't answered first. If there's not an answer there, or if you need a very specific answer (like a replacement code), click on the option "Contact Us".
From there, you'll need to enter the following information when prompted: Product, Category, and Platform. The portal will suggest possible solutions for you as you choose. Once you've filled in all three prompts, you'll have the options down below for EA to call you, to live chat with an EA representative, or to email them. Choose whichever best suits your needs.
We do understand that the process of getting help when things aren't working can be a frustrating one, but we unfortunately don't have a way to shortcut this process. Harmonix doesn't have a stash of replacement codes, nor do we handle hardware or software replacements or repairs.
